A “Weingarten” day is filled with culinary highlights and you can already experience some of them at our rich breakfast buffet. At midday you will be spoiled by our delicious snacks in the garden restaurant and in the evening you will finally be able to enjoy a variety of gourmet dishes. We also organize a barbecue in the garden once a week in summer. In keeping with the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable in the beautiful garden, alone or with family and friends.

The Terlano Asparagus Season
The Terlano asparagus season! Every year, the months of April and May in the asparagus triangle of Terlano, Vilpian and Siebeneich are marked by the noble white vegetable.
For more than 30 years, the Terlano asparagus farmers have been enchanting lovers of the fresh royal vegetable with ever new and refined creations, without forgetting the authenticity of Terlano asparagus.
Early in the morning, the asparagus is hand-picked in the fields and served on our tables as early as noon. The noble vegetable is accompanied by fresh asparagus wine from the Terlano Winery. This year, the traditional “Terlano asparagus season” will once again come to life with the culinary asparagus walks or during a convivial carriage ride. Enjoy our fresh asparagus creations and experience the most beautiful time, the “Terlano asparagus season”!
With fresh Terlano asparagus with original Bolzano sauce you will experience the “ASPARAGUS SENSITIVITY”!
